Why don’t we share the menu before your experience? Because what the land offers us is different every day. We offer a hyperlocal fine dining prix-fixe experience, which means every single experience is different. It’s a real reflection of this exact place at this specific time and can never be experienced again. You get your menu sealed in wax when you arrive, and you can choose to take a look into what you’ll be having or you can choose to be even more present and let us take you on the journey.

Do you know that we offer complimentary door-to-door transportation?

If you’re within a 1 hr drive of our secret location in the Western Maine Mountains, we’ll come get you and then drop you off after your experience! To make a reservation, we ask for your address and your preference of 3 dining dates so we can match other guests in your location, ensuring you spend less time in the van and more time eating and drinking your way through our 7 course tasting.

Outside of our radius? No problem! We’ll come pick you up at our satellite lot in New Vineyard, which is only a 5 minute drive to our little spot of paradise in the woods on a mountain.
