We’ve spent this season listening, regrouping, dreaming—and getting ready for the next chapter of Bel Tavolo Sweet Treats.

We know the heart of what we’re building.

𝗔 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿.

But before we put all the finishing touches on it, we want to hear from the people who will actually gather here.

So over the next few weeks, we’re going to ask you about the things that make a place become your place.

The coffee you reach for.
The lunch you wish you could grab in town.
The treat you’d make a special trip for.
The kind of space you want to settle into with a friend, a book, or a laptop.
The little things that make you stay longer than you planned.

Some things are already decided. Some things are already underway. And some things? We’re still listening.

So as Sweet Treats comes back to life—and the Backyard continues taking shape—we want you in the conversation.

Over the coming weeks, we’re going to ask.

And we really do want your answers.

We’ve been listening since the first cup we poured, and before we put the finishing touches on what comes next, we’re pulling up a few more chairs to the table.

Those four words have become the heart of what we’re building at Bel Tavolo Sweet Treats.

Because this next chapter was never meant to be simply about reopening a coffee shop.

We want Sweet Treats to be the kind of place you can stop in for a cup of coffee and something sweet—and end up staying longer than you planned.

A place to meet a friend. Bring your laptop. Grab something for lunch. Read for a while. Celebrate something special. Wander into the Backyard. Or simply sit with a good cup of coffee and nowhere you need to rush off to.

𝗚𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗲. 𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗱.

That’s the rhythm behind what comes next.

We took a season to listen, regroup, refill our own cups, and think carefully about what this little place could become—not just for us, but for the community that has loved it from the beginning.

And now we’re getting closer.

There is still plenty we’re working on. Plenty still coming to life. And, before we’re finished, there are a few things we’d really like your thoughts on, too.

But this is the heart of it:

A place to linger.

A place for coffee and conversation.

For catching up with an old friend—or settling in for a while with nowhere else you need to be.

As we prepare for the next chapter of Bel Tavolo Sweet Treats, we’re holding onto everything we loved about the beginning while making room for everything this little place can become.

More coffee.
More to graze on.
More reasons to gather.
More ways to linger.

We’re getting ready to bring Bel Tavolo Sweet Treats back for fall—and we’re looking for the right barista to help us do it.

This isn’t your typical coffee-shop pace.

Sweet Treats was created to be a place to linger. Good music playing. Coffee brewing. Something sweet in the case. A beautiful room where people can meet a friend, open a laptop, read a book, or simply stay awhile.

And working here feels a little like that, too.

We’re looking for someone who understands that a quieter moment isn’t nothing to do. It’s time to reset the room, straighten the case, prep what’s next, clean as you go—and then welcome the next person through the door like you’re genuinely glad they came.

Someone independent. Warm. Creative. Responsible.

And someone who might want to grow with us as Sweet Treats grows into more—coffee, grab-and-go, markets, hospitality and everything we’re building next.
