Fresh-fried Breaded Pork Tenderloin Sandwich w/pickles and Secret Sauce (plus chips or a cookie). $9.43 + tax.

Golden-brown delicious fully cooked Pork Cutlets (Schnitzel) ready to take home to anchor your evening meal, just $8/pound. Warm them up in your air fryer, toaster oven, toaster, skillet, microwave…. There are a few gravy options in the grocery shelves: packets of gravy mix OR Zip It Mushroom Gravy (in a jar, add 1 stick unsalted butter, heat/stir/serve). Also instant mashed potatoes, and a few gourmet Mac&Cheese kits. The soup freezer has a few green vegetable options, plus several soup options. Dinner in 20 minutes.

This was my lunch today.

We’ve been asked if we get tired of eating sandwiches….
Understandable, but NO we don’t.
We’ve been operating Molly’s Corner since September 2022, and (on average) each staff eats five sandwiches per week (because we eat tacos on Tuesdays!).
Fresh baked roll, 1/4 # beautiful medium rare beef we roast in-house, horseradish, mayonnaise, thin-sliced red onion, ripe tomato, locally grown lettuce, salt and black pepper. Delicious, unadulterated (no preservatives or chemical “flavor enhancers”) real food that comes with a spring water OR a fresh-baked cookie OR a bag of chips (Fritos today-just 3 ingredients: corn, corn oil, salt) all for $9 after tax (cash)!

We have twelve cold-cut meats and nine cheeses we make into (cold) Deli Sandwiches, eight Hot Sandwiches (Philly, Reuben, BLT, BIG BLT, hot beef & cheddar, hot ham & cheese, grilled cheese…) plus specials like Breaded Pork Tenderloin and French Dip.

Back in 2021 while rehabbing a house in town, I ate at Molly’s every day, and if I wasn’t in town at lunchtime I was wishing I was so I could have a sandwich from Molly’s.

Fried (just before we hand you yours) Pork Tenderloin Sandwich, w/chips or cookie for $9.43 +tax ($10 cash). We enjoy ours with pickles and secret sauce, but You do You: 8 sauces 6 garden options (no additional charge), add cheese ($1), add bacon ($1), heck you can even add a second fresh-fried golden brown pork tenderloin for just $3!!

Our take-home bulk FPT cutlets ($8/ # no tax) are very popular for good reasons: 1 delicious, 2 versatile, 3 easy—warm them in air fryer, skillet, oven, microwave, 4 family will love them!
