HI, GUYS! As expected my schedule has been cram packed with baseball, camping, gardening, lawns, and travel. I will get back to it when I can. Curious if anyone has tried making one for yourself using the recipe I posted. If you have let me know the results. God bless and see you soon.

Since I have no idea when I can get back to doing this... Here is the recipe and some pictures.
Dough
344g of bread flour
84g of semolina flour
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of instant yeast
2 tablespoons of ev olive oil
I use Colavita
1 1/4 cup of hot water

Mix it all together and knead until smooth. You can use a mixer with a bread hook. Too wet? Add flour. Too dry? Add water. It doesn't take much either way.

Let your dough ball rest covered for 30 minutes in a warm area. After 30 minutes place the dough ball in a oiled deep dish pan. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Pat down the dough until it covers the bottom of the pan and let rest for 30 minutes more. The dough should completely cover the bottom and make sure you have a little oil on the sides. Not necessary but helpful to add parchment around the edges.

I use a 14" Lloydpan deepdish. They are about $45 on amazon.

Take your sliced mozzarella (about 13-15 slices)and line the edges of the pan and dough. Fill in the rest with shredded. I use 14 Oz.

Sauce
30 Oz of pizza sauce
2T of oregano
2T of Italian blend
1T minced garlic
2-3T of Parmigiano ground is best but good luck finding it in bulk.
Also these are guesses. I never measure my spices but it's a lot.

Spread the sauce over the cheese and add your toppings.

Bake at 425 for 50 minutes.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

Hello, everyone! Sorry I've been absent as of late. It has been crazy for the last few weeks. I haven't had a chance to restock cheese and some of my other ingredients. We are coming up on a busy time of year for our family but I still have the list on my fridge and fully intend on making sure that everyone that was on it before I stopped will get to try one. If for some reason you can't wait let me know. I will get to the orders as soon as time allows. Once again I want to thank you all for helping me realize what the potential was here. This was never really about money for me so at some point I will share a video of how I make these. You will be able make your own. I just wanted everyone to be able to try something new and exciting just like it was for me. God bless and I'll hopefully see you soon.

Hi! If you're new here, I appreciate your interest and wish I could help. Unfortunately I am no longer taking new orders. I love making these amazing pizzas for you guys but it got way bigger than I ever planned. Which is great, if I was trying to do it for a living. My goal was to do this as a hobby and occasionally make pizzas but it turned into 7 days a week working and my kids, wife and I decided it was too much. Too many things were suffering in my family. If something crazy happens with my 9-5, this will be a move I'll look into. I'll open a shop in town or something. For now, I've been at my job for 10 years and really don't want to be my own boss. Alright! It's been a great break but it's time to start finishing out this waiting list. I am super thankful for all of you and for your patience. After talking it over with my family, it was decided that this got WAY bigger than it was ever intended. I love making these but I just don't have the resources to give it the attention it needs. I would open a shop but I can't sacrifice the time away from my family. From working in food before, I can tell you it takes a lot. So let me say again. THANK YOU! You guys are great.

A couple of the ones that went out today. I am so thankful for all of you and hope to be able to continue one day. I have about 30 of you still waiting and then I will be closing down until grocery prices come back down or I decide to raise my prices (I don't want to do that).
