Scratch carrot cake with raisins and crushed pineapple is delicious! Even had enough batter for a small loaf.
This is made with 4 lbs of grated carrots, and believe me I do NoT like graters!
Cream cheese Icing made from scratch as well.

Simple to make a special dinner of king crab legs! My husband slits each of the legs prior to reheating in the microwave (turntable off, 80% power, 10 mins) to make it east to get the meat out in big sections.
I forgot pics of the delicious shrimp cocktail (16-20 count from Biloxi Seafood) perfectly cooked and chilled! His “famous” cocktail sauce sets my scalp crawling. Toned it down with a tablespoon of ketchup. 😂
