Summer hours start this week! We'll be open an hour later on Fridays and Saturdays, and until 5pm on Sundays. 🥂 Here's what we have for you this week:

Wednesday 🎶 Live music from 5pm to 8pm, featuring Mike Emerson, and the weekly casual road bike ride takes off at 5:30pm!

Thursday 🧠 Know FACTory Trivia starts at 6pm and our BBQ Ribs dinner special is available after 4pm!

Friday 🥃 The weekly Fish Fry starts at 5pm and we have a Distillery Tour at 6pm! Open until 10pm.

Saturday 🥂 We have Distillery Tours at 1pm and 3pm (book ahead online)! Open until 10pm.

Sunday 🍕 Brunch is served and the Summer Market is here! We are open 10am to 5pm, and you can shop local vendors and fresh produce at the outdoor market until 2pm.

With the new seasonal menu wrapping up its first month, we took a peek at which ones were the most popular 🍓👀 The Strawberry Jam blew every other seasonal drink out of the water with 227 orders!

We all must be feeling a little fruity this spring, because the runners up are the Border Bramble and the Kiwi Caipiroska!

Whether you are looking for a special project to share with friends, hunting for a personal and unique gift for your clients, or want an interactive and elevated experience for a wedding party, our expert guides will help you hand select your very own single barrel from some of the finest whiskey made in the Midwest.

The Process:

1️⃣ Barrel Selection - Enjoy a VIP Tour at 45th Parallel Distillery, taste 3-6 barrel samples, and enjoy a meal at our Italian-inspired restaurant and cocktail lounge.

2️⃣ Label Design - You can provide a logo or name for label design, and we will send you a draft for approval within two weeks.

3️⃣ Finished Product - You will receive 72 (or more!) bottles of your Private Barrel Selection, ready to pick up within 3 months of selection and label design approval.

During this free tasting event, guests will enjoy a curated sampling of select spirits while exploring the history, process and passion behind one of the Midwest’s premier distilleries. Attendees will be guided through each pour, gaining insights into ingredients, distillation techniques, flavor profiles and cocktail inspiration. (Delish recipes, anyone?)

Whether you’re a whiskey enthusiast, cocktail lover or simply curious about craft spirits, this event offers a fun and flavorful opportunity to expand your palate and connect with fellow spirit enthusiasts.

Registration for this free event is limited to the first 50 people, with a limit of two people per reservation. Seating for 40 is available first-come, first-served; standing room available for remaining attendees.

Must be 21 years old to attend. No purchase necessary. Registration closes 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 3.
