October 7th - Whiskey Workshop: Build Your Own Blend 🥃
Guests will measure and experiment with five 45th whiskeys, working to create a custom, one-of-a-kind blend.

October 14th - Pretzel Making Class 🥨
Guests will be walked through a brief history of pretzels, the 45th method, and a demonstration before making their own pretzel dough!

ONE MONTH AWAY 🎉 We are officially counting down the days to our 15th Annual Barrels & Bluegrass event!

Barrels & Bluegrass 45th Parallel Distillery's FREE annual open house event 🎶 🥃 ✨ We will have local bluegrass bands performing live music, spirit tastings, free distillery tours, local vendors and artists, food trucks and mini wood-fired pizzas, and more! Every year, we also have a special bottle release - keep an eye out for the official reveal!

Ava's Pick 🍋 Lavender Lemon Drop Martini
A twist on our classic cocktail, this is made with 45th Parallel Limoncello + Vodka, fresh lemon, and lavender simple. A little floral, a little tart, and very good.

Teagan's Pick 🍓 Strawberry Gimlet
Made with 45th Parallel Barrel-Aged Gin, fresh lime, simple, and strawberry. Our seasonal options rotate, so always ask what we have on hand to change things up!

Another day, another barrel 🥃 Here's a behind-the-scenes look at the crew filling freshly received barrels with Border Bourbon.

Our virgin Ozark White Oak barrels come from McGinnis Wood Products, a family-owned cooperage in Cuba, Missouri. These bourbon-filled barrels will age for a minimum of five years before being harvested and bottled!

Wednesday 🎶 Live music from 5pm to 8pm, featuring Alyssa Vlasak, the weekly bike ride takes off at 5:30pm.

Thursday 🧠 Know FACTory Trivia starts at 6pm, and our Chicken Spiedini dinner special is available after 4pm!

Friday 🥃 The weekly Fish Fry starts at 5pm and we have a Distillery Tour at 6pm! Open until 10pm.

Saturday 🥂 We have Distillery Tours at 1pm and 3pm (book ahead online)! Open until 10pm.

Sunday 🍕 Brunch is served and the Summer Market is here! We are open 10am to 5pm, and you can shop local vendors and fresh produce at the outdoor market until 2pm.
