45th Parallel Whey Vodka - Available Wednesday, July 29!

The bounty of a collaboration between Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery and 45th Parallel Distillery! 🍸🧀 Triple distilled and carbon filtered. The result? A clean and subtly sweet, delicious vodka.

Whey, a natural byproduct of cheese production, contains sugar in the form of lactose - and it’s no surprise that Ellsworth Cooperative Creamery has an abundance of it! 45th Parallel spirits are available at the creamery’s gift shop, and we have been a part of their events in the past, so when they asked if we would be interested in crafting a whey vodka, we thought it would be WHEY COOL to partner with our friends and try something new!

🥃 WHISKEY WORKSHOP: Build Your Own Blend 🥃

If you've ever wished for a custom whiskey blend, here's your chance!

Join us at 45th Parallel for a hands-on workshop where you will develop your own whiskey blend with our very own handcrafted whiskeys. Guests will measure and experiment with five 45th Parallel whiskeys, working to create a custom, one-of-a-kind blend. Once developed, your blend will be used in a classic old fashioned for you to enjoy.

📆 Date: Wednesday, July 22nd
⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
📍 Location: 45th Parallel Distillery Event Center (1490 Madison Avenue)
🎟️ Tickets: $50 per person

Come on down and cool off with us this week!

Wednesday 🎶 Live music from 5pm to 8pm, featuring Arthur Anderson, and the weekly bike ride takes off at 5:30pm!

Thursday 🧠 Know FACTory Trivia starts at 6pm, and our Grilled Ribeye Steak dinner special is available after 4pm!

Friday 🥃 The weekly Fish Fry starts at 5pm and we have a Distillery Tour at 6pm! Open until 10pm.

Saturday 🥂 We have Distillery Tours at 1pm and 3pm (book ahead online)! Open until 10pm.

Sunday 🍕 Brunch is served and the Summer Market is here! We are open 10am to 5pm, and you can shop local vendors and fresh produce at the outdoor market until 2pm.

This is one of those things that almost everyone wants to order after they see one of our servers carry it by.

🍔 Hangover Smashburger 🍔
Two 4 oz. patties topped with a fried egg, bacon, cheese, spicy mayo, and house pickles on a potato bun, served with garlic and rosemary crispy potatoes.

Balance it out with a bright brunch cocktail, like the classic Mimosa, or double-up on hangover remedies with a Bloody Mary.
