If you guys have been living under rocks for the past year, we have started a new truck called Norseman Lobster, our bacon jam burgers will be served at least this week and possibly into the future, just when you thought you had your last burger from us we keep bringing you back!

The famous Bacon Jam from Evan's Eatery is making its way to Norseman Lobster!!! This stuff is DANGEROUSLY GOOD. We will have limited amounts this week and will see if we can keep it on the menu full time.
Thursday in Kasson, Friday in Forest City, and Saturday in Waseca.

Here is what we have been working on this past year, Norseman Lobster will be for sure going next year, if not a few days this year. Bringing quality food to Southern Mn and Iowa is a big passion of ours. Nothing but the best will do. Only a couple of weeks left for Evan's Eatery then on to our new adventure!!
