Ettlin’s Cafe Field Kitchen We’re expanding! After a year of searching, we finally found our food truck! Ulrich & Ella drove from the Ozarks in Missouri all the way to New Prague.

Our menu will be rotating. We will pair the food with the venue, to keep it fresh & cool!

We've got a special Taproom Takeover coming up this Sunday, June 29th, benefitting our local chapter of Let's Go Fishing! Bring the kids to play the fishing game and enjoy a root beer float. Adults can sip on a tasty Bier for a good cause! If you get hungry,
will be here from 3-6pm.

The Scott County Area Chapter of Let’s Go Fishing is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals through fishing and boating excursions in the Scott County area. It is their mission to inspire hope and contribute to the health and well-being of the individuals they serve and also to strengthen the communities through volunteerism.
