Hello Neighbors! Nina's Nook will be out this Saturday 6/6 with yummy baked goods; hand made products and our stockpile. Stop by we are off Lassen & Lodi right off Seven Springs and 54 in NPR. 7202 Whist Way! Will be adding Cinnamon Rolls to this week's menu along with a few yeast bread loafs. Nina’s Nook

Hi, I’m Christina also known as Nina to my family — I’m so happy you’re here! This little baking journey began recently as a way to help take care of my health. In 2020, I was diagnosed with End Stage Renal Failure (Kidney Failure) and have been on dialysis since. This was a huge adjustment I had to make to my eating habits . By reducing unnecessary additives and preservatives and going back to more natural and simple ingredients.

Orders are baked fresh on Fridays, so just be sure to get your orders in by Wednesdays. Pop up stands will be out every other Saturday.

Policy:
All of my goodies are freshly made to order and require a 50% non refundable deposit and remainder is due before or at pick up. Because of this, I’m unable to offer refunds if orders are not picked up.
We are unable to deliver at this time, pick up only.
Orders left without communication will be resold

Thank you so much for understanding and supporting small-batch baking! Also, Bake days fill up quickly, so feel free to book ahead.
