Hey Tampa Bay!
For those that don’t know me, I’d love to introduce myself! I’m Chef Brandi O. Smith! I live in the Trinity area of New Port Richey, I have 3 kids, one that graduated from JWMHS last year and just finished his first year at Berklee College of Music, one that is going into her senior year at JWMHS, and one that’s finishing up 7th grade at Seven Springs Middle! We have lived here for 11 years after moving from our hometown in Kentucky in 2015!
Most recently, I was the professional culinary arts and hospitality instructor at Marchman Technical College but have now resigned to pursue my passion of being a full-time personal chef! It’s a scary leap going from a guaranteed paycheck to working for yourself, but my heart is telling me this is the right choice! I hope my community will continue to support me as they already have been! I love this community we have here and I am so honored to call so many people here, friends.
I am an award-winning, published chef that has been operating my own catering business for almost 2 decades! I specialize in upscale, multi-course, private dinners, but I also do in-home meal prep, and event catering. I employ well-trained, experienced servers, that will take your event to the next level. If high-end, discreet, effortless, service is what you desire, I’m the chef for you!
I hold a current ServSafe Food Protection Managers certification and I am a certified ServSafe Instructor and Proctor.
