Ever heard of a Shakerato? A Shakerato is a frothy, Italian iced coffee drink made by shaking hot espresso with ice and a sweetener like sugar or simple syrup until foamy, then straining it into a chilled glass. It is definitely a coffee-forward flavor, and has a lovely, silky texture from the microfoam created by shaking.
