Spirulina turned our vanilla cold foam the color of a clear spring sky ☁️ Pour it over cold brew or matcha, or conjure up a Green Apple Energy Refresher that drinks like a Jolly Rancher found its way into a potion bottle. Limited for Earth Day, but every day is Earth Day in our coven. We pour in glass, and if you’re off wandering, our to-go cups return to the earth.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

The moon turned her face back to us last night. New moon into waxing crescent — the first thin sliver of intention made visible, the beginning of becoming.

So we set her likeness in a blueberry mousse tart. Graham crust, clouds of violet whipped to soft peaks, borage stars and coreopsis gold traced around the curve. A little altar you can eat.

Step out of the Quarter for a breath today. Trade the brass bands and the crowds for a slow corner of Mid-City. 🌒
