THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO PLAYED A PART OF BRINGING THIS TO LIFE, WE LITERALLY DID THE IMPOSSIBLE AND MADE MAGIC HAPPEN IN THE PROCESS

• 504 VIP GUESTS WITH ONLY 60 MINUTES TO SERVE A 5-COURSE CHEF’S TABLE EXPERIENCE EACH SEATING 🤯

• A ONE OF ONE MENU THAT REPRESENTED EACH CORNER OF MY CULTURE FROM ETHIOPIA TO ANGOLA TO NEW ORLEANS.

• ALL PREPARED BY MYSELF, CHEF SHARENA, DR. BIRUK, BERLYNA, REDIET, AND STUDENTS IN 4 DAYS.

I probably slept a total of 10 hours over the course of a week in preparation for this event. Against all odds, rain, and time limitations, ex*****on was the only thing that mattered so I knew it was time to lock in.

Now that that’s under our belt, there’s no limit to what we can do or where we can do it. Tell Keith, Live Nation, whoever, we’re ready for more and that this was just the beginning!
