Sometimes we do. Sometimes we don’t. We know! Haitians love snapper! 😅
At Fritai, we’d rather buy what’s locally fresh than force one species onto the menu year-round. The result is better flavor, supports our local fishing community, and gives you the best fish available that day. Epi Dassit!
