On this 25th anniversary of September 11, Rizzuto’s Prime pauses to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the countless acts of courage and selflessness that followed.

As the years pass, remembrance becomes even more important. We honor the past by carrying forward the values that brought people together in the days after 9/11 with compassion, strength, service, and community.

Today, and always, we remember. ❤️🤍💙

We just cut into something truly extraordinary BMS 10+ Chocolate Wagyu Ribeye from Mayura Station in South Australia.

And yes… there’s a reason it’s called Chocolate Wagyu. 🍫

Mayura Station, a historic Australian farm established in 1845, finishes its cattle on a carefully balanced ration that incorporates locally sourced confectionery byproducts, including broken chocolates, gummy candies, biscuit meal and sweets.

The result? Exceptional marbling, an incredibly buttery texture, a low fat melting point, and subtle sweet and nutty notes that make this Wagyu unlike anything you’ve tasted before.
