Sure, our steaks deserve the spotlight but there’s plenty more waiting at the table 🍽️

PRAWNS

Rich, buttery, and made for tearing, dipping, and savoring. Prawns with arak, white w**e, tarragon, thyme, garlic, charred lemon, and grilled focaccia.

Caviar

Because a little luxury is always in season. Served with cured egg, labane, chives, and capers, best enjoyed one perfect bite at a time.

Tuna Tartare

Bright, delicate, and layered with ginger emulsion, radish, avocado, and soy pearls. A refreshing favorite to start.

Cheese Board
A little something to graze on while the cocktails arrive. Our curated cheese board is served with the chef’s selection of accoutrements.

Pimm’s Cup
Crisp, refreshing, and made for lingering. Pimm’s No. 1, gin, cucumber, and citrus come together in one very easy-drinking cocktail.

Doris Wagyu Burger
Not your average happy hour burger. Wagyu and prime aged beef layered with pepper jack, tomato, arugula, and garlic aioli.

Margarita
A classic done the Doris way. Cazadores Blanco, Cointreau, lime, and agave. Served bright, balanced, and best enjoyed with a salted rim.

Tuna Tartare
Fresh with just the right amount of bite. Tuna tartare with ginger emulsion, tobiko, radish, avocado, and soy pearls.

Old Fashioned
