Kelly Love Jones: REGGAEMERICANA takes the stage tonight for two special performances at 7:30 & 9:30 PM!

A New Orleans singer-songwriter and pioneer of the Reggaemericana sound, Kelly Love Jones blends reggae, roots, world music, hip hop, and soul into uplifting music centered on kindness, growth, and human connection. A dynamic guitarist, percussionist, vocalist, and songwriter, Jones has shared the stage with Lenny Kravitz, Stephen Marley, Steel Pulse, Meshell Ndegeocello, and Arrested Development, and has written with Grammy-nominated spoken-word artist Queen Sheba.

Inspired by advice from Chaka Khan to “never give up,” Jones brings a powerful message and soulful energy to every performance. Come experience her unique New Orleans sound tonight!

Experience an unforgettable evening with New Orleans’ celebrated “Piano Prince,” Davell Crawford, joined by dynamic vocalist James Jordan. Crawford’s powerful piano playing and soulful vocals draw from gospel, jazz, blues, funk, and soul, carrying forward the rich legacy of New Orleans piano and American roots music. The grandson of R&B legend James “Sugar Boy” Crawford, Davell has performed and collaborated with artists including Roberta Flack, Dr. John, Allen Toussaint, Ellis Marsalis, and Lionel Hampton.

For this special performance, Davell is joined by James Jordan, whose rich baritone and soulful interpretations move effortlessly through R&B, funk, jazz, and swing. Together with Doug Belote on drums, Max Moran on bass, and Lawrence Sieberth on piano, this powerhouse lineup brings together some of New Orleans’ finest musicians for one special evening performance.

🎺 NICKEL-A-DANCE TODAY at Snug Harbor! 🎺

Join us this afternoon for a special Ronell Johnson Tribute as Nickel-A-Dance celebrates the life and legacy of beloved New Orleans trombonist, multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, and longtime Nickel-A-Dance favorite Ronell “Roobone” Johnson.

A longtime member of the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Ronell shared the spirit of New Orleans jazz around the world with his powerful playing, infectious energy, humor, and generosity. Today’s tribute is led by trombonist Craig Klein and features Brandon Lewis (trumpet), Ben Jaffe (sousaphone), Clint Maedgen (saxophone), Jafet Perez (drums), Kyle Roussel (piano), and Russel Welch (guitar).
