It’s been a long strange trip since I took that first bike ride 13 years ago. But if you think I have gotten any less audacious in the intervening years… you would be wrong. Healthy, whole, organic, clean, and economical food is still my priority. The continuation of this goal has gone from mobile to brick and mortar and now the addition of our vending machines. More healthy options for more people in 2025 and beyond. We love you New Orleans!
