It's Mexican Independence Day 🇲🇽🎇🇲🇽!!!

To celebrate, we have Chilis en Nogada available all day!

Chiles en Nogada is grilled poblano peppers covered in a walnut cream sauce and topped with pomegranate and parsley to represent the Mexican flag. The poblano is stuffed with a beef and pork piccadillo flavored with aromatic spices like clove and ✨️saffron✨️ (yes, we sourced whole saffron and bloomed it ourselves).

It's tied to Independence Day because the people of Puebla made it to welcome the victors from the War of Independence!
