It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Apolline Restaurant. The loss of our founder Keith Andrews has left a hole that we were unable to fill. We want to thank Chef Billy Prats and the entire Apolline staff for their dedication and contributions to Apolline's success over the years. Keith was eternally grateful to the staff and patrons who truly made Apolline his Happy Place!
