After a challenging week, the gas is back on and we’re excited to reopen the restaurant tomorrow (Thursday) with full service! Reservations will be back up soon as well.

Another Update from Frankie & Chef Aom 💙

We truly believed we would be reopening tomorrow.

Over the past week, a licensed plumber worked tirelessly to complete the necessary repairs, and we're happy to report that the required inspection passed. We truly thought we were finally at the finish line.

The city officials also worked hard to coordinate the many steps across multiple agencies to help us reach this point, and we're deeply grateful for their efforts.

Unfortunately, when the gas company came out to restore our service, they discovered that the gas meter would not hold pressure. As a result, our gas service still cannot be restored, and we are heartbroken to share that Good Catch must remain closed until this issue is resolved.

This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional week for our team. Every additional day we're closed is another day without the revenue we depend on to support our employees and keep the restaurant moving forward.

We also tried reopening with a limited menu while we worked through these final steps. Unfortunately, it wasn't sustainable. If circumstances change, we may try again—but for now, our focus is getting Good Catch fully reopened as quickly as possible.

& Chef Aom ❤️

First, thank you.

Thank you to everyone who reached out, shared our posts, stopped by yesterday, or simply cheered us on over the past several days. Your encouragement has meant more to us than you know.

This weekend we tried something a little different with "Good Catch: Off the Grid." We genuinely hoped we could create a fun, temporary dining experience while we completed the final steps required to restore our gas service.

After giving it our best effort, we've made the difficult decision to pause operations until our kitchen is fully back online.

While we loved the idea, we realized that Good Catch simply isn't the experience we want to offer without our full kitchen. And rather than asking our guests to settle for a limited version of what we do, we'd rather take this short pause and come back the way Good Catch was meant to be.

The good news is that the repairs themselves are complete. We're simply working through the remaining city approval process before gas service can be restored.

We'll continue to keep everyone updated, and the moment we have a reopening date, you'll hear it from us first.

DOORS ARE BACK OPEN today at 11 am with our OFF THE GRID limited menu! We’ve got a great selection of apps, raw bar, entrees and more plus our special 2x2 special (2 drinks and 2 plates for $35!)! Walk-ins only today (no reservations or online ordering).

We will keep everyone posted if this menu continues or if we’re able to go back to our full menu! We appreciate the support!
