TWO FULL TRUCKS of Mardi Gras goodness unloaded and ready to roll!

Dad and I just delivered two truckloads of custom Jambalaya Girl mixes to our longtime partners at Grounds Krewe for the 2027 Carnival season! Now available for pre-order on their website.

We are grateful to supply Grounds Krewe with locally made throws since 2021, and seeing this massive order land is proof that local and sustainable Mardi Gras throws are here to stay.

DM us for more info on customizing your Krewe’s throws. Cook Me Somethin’ Mister!

It felt like it was my debutante ball celebrating sweet 16 years in business with Louisiana’s finest tourism leaders!

We are proud to sponsor lunch at the Louisiana Travel Association Summit! Nothing brings people together like an authentic, home-cooked Louisiana meal.

Thank you to Louisiana Travel Association for gathering everyone who makes our state such an incredible place to visit, live, and eat! And shout out to the culinary team at the JW Marriott New Orleans for working with me to serve a little home cooking.

“Fed over 20 people this weekend at an airshow. Your jambalaya was the ultimate one pot meal. So easy to cook in my 100 year old butcher pot and ghetto cooker. Everyone loved the flavor!” – Nicholas
