Our Duck Springrolls are a labor of love.

We start by making duck confit: seasoning duck legs, marinating them for a week, then roasting them in the oven.

The final product is our delicious, crispy fried springrolls made with duck confit, shiitake mushrooms, spinach, goat cheese and served with a ginger-soy dipping sauce.

Meet Keenan White — Food Runner Extraordinaire, 44 years strong at Mr. B’s.

Keenan has trained generations of staff, including manager Steve Randolph, who started exactly where Keenan is today.

Here’s what Steve had to say: “Keenan is dependable, professional, and never says ‘no’ when asked to do a task or pick up a shift. When Keenan is at work, you can be sure that things run smoothly. He’s not only an extremely hard worker and dedicated to Mr. B’s — he’s a great person.”

Over the years, Cindy has tried to promote Keenan more times than she can count. He always says the same thing — he’s happy right where he is. Some people spend a career climbing. Keenan spent his career perfecting the job he loves.

Off the clock, you’ll find him fishing, watching football, or cooking up his famous Smothered Cabbage at home. On the clock? His favorite dish is the Pork Chop.

What keeps him here after four decades? “The family atmosphere,” he says simply.

44 years. Thank you, Keenan, for everything you do. 💚
