Nothing like kicking off a bachelorette weekend with a little Clesi’s Experience! 🦐🦀⚜️🥂

This past weekend, we had a group of nine ladies fly into New Orleans from all over the country to celebrate, and they wanted some authentic Louisiana boiled seafood and plenty of good food to go with it.

So we put together a private seafood boil just for them, and everyone had a fantastic time!

That’s one of the things we love about catering — it doesn’t always have to be a huge party with hundreds of people. Sometimes nine friends, a table full of seafood, and a New Orleans weekend is all you need. 🙌

Being voted Best Boiled Seafood in New Orleans is something we’re incredibly grateful for 🦞🦐🦀… but seafood boils are only part of what we do!

Clesi’s Catering has a whole lot more coming out of the kitchen. From fried catfish and fried alligator to gumbo, étouffée, jambalaya, crawfish dirty rice, lemon basil chicken, po’boys, party pans, box lunches, bread pudding and plenty more. 🔥🍽️

Whether you’re feeding the office, throwing a private party, planning a wedding, hosting a corporate gathering or feeding a few hundred people, we’ve got plenty of ways to build a menu around what you need.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who voted for us and continues to support Clesi’s year after year. Y’all are the reason we get to keep doing what we love!

What a day at Tulane! 🏈⚜️

The final score may not have gone Southern Miss’ way, but that definitely didn’t stop everyone from having a fantastic time at the Southern Miss Alumni tailgate on Saturday!

Clesi’s Catering had a great time being part of the day, feeding the crowd and enjoying all the energy before the Southern Miss vs. Tulane game.

This bachelorette party came down from New Jersey and decided to add a little hands-on New Orleans flavor to the trip! 🦪⚜️🥂

They joined us for a Clesi’s Experience, where they learned how to shuck oysters and even got behind the grill to learn how we make our chargrilled oysters.

These experiences have really become a hit with bachelor and bachelorette parties — and we seem to be getting a whole lot of Jersey groups lately! 😂

If you have a group coming to New Orleans, we can put together different hands-on experiences featuring oysters, shrimp, crabs, or crawfish when in season. It’s more than just coming to New Orleans for some great food — you get to learn a little, get your hands dirty, and be part of making it!
