Le Beaujolais Nouveau est arrivé !
Today we celebrate Beaujolais Nouveau Day: an annual global celebration on the third Thursday of November, marking the official release of the year's Beaujolais Nouveau. This young, fresh, and fruity wine is made from Gamay grapes in the Beaujolais region in France. By law, the wine must only be released to consumers on this day.

We are still serving this incredible special from Chef Antoine: Pan-seared Black Drum served atop roasted asparagus and cheesy house-made tagliatelle.
It's a beautiful day to enjoy this dish with a glass of Txakoli on our front patio :)
