And since I am in a really good mood I cane in early and made risotto which soon will be arancinis!

For all of you who were disappointed I made more Ham, Peas and Cheese Tortellini with a Tomato Cream Sauce. I am also making the Chicken and Sausage Scarpiello with Bowties and Hot Cherry Peppers (moderately spicy)! Todsy's Pizza is the Carne Italia!

An odd thing started to happen last night as my nerves died - I started to feel decent, close to good, for the fist time since May of 2013. I give my many thanks to all of whom included me in their prayers. I am cautiously optimistic!

Thanks to The New London Day, and Eric at The Day, we have had our finest day ever. Come and get the new menus. Or better yet, buy The Day paper and it's in there! Plus you can get all the news and exciting events going on in New London!
