BOOM BOOM BOOM! KNOWvember coming in with a 💥. Meet Steph, a Senior class of ‘26 Hispanic Studies and Environmental Studies double major who can make a meannnnnn drink. If you want something that’ll surely make you fall to the floor with flavor you should get Steph’s favorite drink: a cold brew with salted banana caramel cold foam 🍌. You might wanna be careful around Steph though because she blew up her sister’s car… but it wasn’t her fault, the Chicago heat took it out 🤷🏻‍♂️

Fall in place everyone, next KNOWvember post is here! Meet Rachael, a Neuroscience major, psychology minor, and member of the class of ‘26 and the food pathway. When you ask Rachael what she’s sippin’ more likely than not it’ll be an iced matcha with oat milk (NO poorly mixed matchas over here)! When Rachael isn’t making sure the shop is s***k and span and spotless, she is thinking abt how she’s going to BU next year to get her Masters in Nutrition and Dieticic Sciences 👩‍🎓

The next edition of KNOWvember is coming in hot with our favorite Kai! Kai is a member of the class of ‘26 with an International Relations major with an economics minor. Alongside his majors, he is also a member of CISLA where he studies Japanese! Hailing from the great country of Norway, Kai’s favorite drink is a black coffee because it’s smooth and simple. Something interesting about Kai is that he will put Tabasco chipotle sauce on everything.. and everyone 😳.

Up next on this year’s KNOWvember is Eva! Eva is an Anthropology and English double major and member of the class of ‘27. At Coffee Grounds, Eva makes some of the most delicious, mouth watering, finger licking tasty baked goods (with her favorite being pumpkin bread!). On the other hand, her favorite drink is a yummy mocha with almond milk. Her fun fact is that she is currently studying abroad in Sevilla, Spain! Nos vemos pronto, Eva!

Can you guess what time of year it is? Starting off this year’s KNOWvember tradition with Erica! This lovely lady right here is an Anthropology and Bio double major member of the class of ‘27. In addition to her majors, she is a part of CISLA studying French, oui oui. Her favorite CG bev to sip on is a salted maple latte and this is definitely the time for one. One fun fact about Erica is that she spent a MONTH camping for an archeological dig in England this Summer.
