Ok New Lexington, you asked for it and now your gonna get it! The smokehouse Ghost Pepper smoked sausage! Not for the weak, I'll tell ya that. I only do this maybe twice a year and I'm unleashing it on you! I've had a couple people asking for the kind of spice that warms their toes and its here tomorrow.. I remember each of you asking for it and your wish is my command.. Don't chicken out now! JK/LOL.. ITS COMING TOMORROW FOR REAL!... Oh, and for my jalapeño friends, I have one for you as well. We had a great day with our new friends in Glenford today. I must say, its a wonderful community and we were welcomed in like we have lived there our entire lives. Most of all, the greenhouse owners were absolutely amazing and showed us hospitality beyond imagination. Thanks to everyone that came out and joined us for flowers and bbq.. we will be back!

Hey New Lexington! We are located at the Greenhouse in Glenford. Just a short 20 minutes away. Come join us and the Greenhouse staff to pick up some beautiful plants, flowers and of course your favorite bbq.
We open at 11am and we will be here until the food is gone!

We will be at R&J Tire shop on West Mound Street from 11am until the food is gone... we are bringing all the smoked sausage classics!

Just so everyone who follows us knows. The following week we are bringing a new item. Well, new to you guys but not to us.. so stay tuned for hints.

Day two of our "dialing in" of the new smokehouse.. I'm just going to say, if you know what smoked meats taste like and you are a connoisseur of the practice, you'll want to make sure you are at our first outing when we unleash the new cooker..
Tonight we went all in with two extra thick Ribeye and a delicious pork tenderloin.. it turned out amazing and the smokehouse walked the line with a perfect temperature throughout..
I can't wait to unleash this bad boy on our friends, neighbors, and family..
Its going to be epic!
