I have over 18 years of food service experience. I have worked in, managed, and owned various types of food services where I gained a wealth of culinary knowledge. I love sharing my food and in 2022 I decided to get back into the cooking business. Lo and Behold, I bought the old Peterborough "Juice Caboose". I renovated it into a commercial kitchen that is ideal for creating the soups that I have been perfecting for almost 30 years. With the help of my husband and some incredibly skilled people I now have a fully functioning commercial kitchen where I will cook the highest quality soups, meals, desserts, and salads. Fresh soups will also be ready to sell during the week. Watch my page for each week's menu. Fresh items and some frozen soups will be available. It's been a busy few weeks for us.
• Mom has moved to Spring Village at Summerhill in Peterborough and couldn't be happier with the decision. She's getting situated and already making new friends.
• Open houses and house showings are underway with several interested prospective buyers already. Fingers crossed.
• We snagged an awesome winter rental at 55 Sandy Neck Road in East Sandwich MA that we'll move into in late Sept. We'll be only a couple minutes walk from Sandy Neck Beach!
• MHL is closed and Selyna Gray of Selyna's Sweet & Sourdough Co. will buy the trailer. She is working up fun plans for her future with it! Follow her business for more info there.
• Lastly, We're prepping for a moving sale on Aug 15/16. Expect more details of times and what's available in the coming week.
