I have over 18 years of food service experience. I have worked in, managed, and owned various types of food services where I gained a wealth of culinary knowledge. I love sharing my food and in 2022 I decided to get back into the cooking business. Lo and Behold, I bought the old Peterborough "Juice Caboose". I renovated it into a commercial kitchen that is

ideal for creating the soups that I have been perfecting for almost 30 years. With the help of my husband and some incredibly skilled people I now have a fully functioning commercial kitchen where I will cook the highest quality soups, meals, desserts, and salads. Fresh soups will also be ready to sell during the week. Watch my page for each week's menu. Fresh items and some frozen soups will be available.
