The Diner is best known for their daily menus from Red Beans and Rice to Crawfish Étouffée. Brenda Placide and her staff would like to thank her clientele for their continued patronage. She dedicates her years of success to God and also to her late mother, Gustavia Davis who instilled her culinary skills into her.
