Dear beloved customers,

I wanted to express my deepest gratitude once again to all the wonderful people who have visited Umami Japanese & Korean Cuisine,

Our family’s decision to leave Umami was driven by my son’s wish to gain more experience in the restaurant industry and some health concerns within our family. While it is difficult to say goodbye, we are incredibly thankful to everyone who has supported and visited Umami over the years.

I will always treasure the heartfelt moments: the warm hugs, the handshakes, the kind words of encouragement, and even the sweet messages left on receipt paper when you heard we were leaving. These acts of kindness have left a lasting impression on our hearts.

To those I wasn’t able to personally share this news with, I hope you know how much your smiles and enjoyment of our food have meant to me. The memories of you savoring our dishes and sharing laughter with friends and family will forever be cherished.

Wishing you all happiness, health, and endless smiles. Thank you for being a special part of our journey.
