🇺🇸 This Saturday we’re celebrating the 4th of July weekend the best way we know how—feeding people.

Fire & Spice exists because this country gave us the opportunity to build something from scratch. America has always been a melting pot of cultures, flavors, and people, and we’re proud to bring our own to the table.

To make sure every order of tacos, quesadillas, and nachos comes out exactly the way it should, we’ll be running a smaller menu on Saturday. Fewer items means faster service, better consistency, and the same fresh, chef-made food you know us for.

🔥 Heat Wave Update 🔥

With the extreme heat this week, we’re making a small adjustment to help keep our crew safe and our kitchen running smoothly.

We’ll have a limited number of burritos and fried chicken available each day, since we simply can’t keep the fryer running through the entire lunch service in these temperatures.

The good news? We’ll still be out serving all week with the rest of your Fire & Spice favorites, made fresh to order. 🌮🔥
