Hearth Please BYOB Our modern rustic fare expresses a simplicity which allows the ingredients to speak for themselves.

With environmental intelligence and social awareness, we seek organic and local ingredients, from sustainable sources. Our food is prepared with proper intention and consciousness. The Hearth is located in one of the oldest buildings in historic New Hope, Pennsylvania. The building dates back to approximately 1720 and was originally used as a toll house for the ferry which crossed the Delaware Riv

er between New Hope and Lambertville. The building was listed as a salt store on a historic map of the area dated 1798. Over the years the building had many other uses, including New Hope's first library, and it is the home of the Hearth. Having our restaurant located in such a beautiful historic building, allows our guests to enjoy a unique meal in an intimate setting with stained-glass tinted light playing across antique wooden beams and floors, a gorgeous hearth and reclaimed sycamore and elm tables. The exterior of our building is delightfully accented by our sunny and floral patio. The following is a partial list of our partners, who share our goal - providing the highest quality products available. "Veganism: The Key to a Healthier Lifestyle"

Are you considering going vegan? If so, you have come to the right place! Being a vegan is a great way to improve your health, reduce your environmental impact, and even save money. In this blog section, we will explore the many benefits of being a vegan.

First and foremost, eating a plant-based diet can be incredibly healthy. Studies have shown that vegans tend to have lower cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, and fewer cases of obesity than their non-vegan counterparts. Additionally, vegan diets are typically higher in fiber and nutrient-rich complex carbohydrates than other diets. This means that vegans get all the essential nutrients they need without relying on animal products.

Eating a vegan diet can also help reduce your environmental impact. Animal agriculture is one of the leading causes of climate change due to its heavy reliance on fossil fuels for feed production as well as its release of methane gas from livestock flatulence. Going vegan can help reduce emissions from animal agriculture and help combat climate change.

Finally, being vegan can even save you money! Animal products tend to be more expensive than plant-based foods like beans and whole grains, so switching to a vegan diet can help your wallet as well as your health. Plus, there are plenty

Loud voices dismiss organic food as nothing more than a trendy 21st-century lifestyle choice for the neurotic rich, but this is a phony argument. There’s nothing new or modish about organics – until the 1950s, all the food we ate was organically produced. It’s organic food that should be considered…

The availability of local, sustainable, organic greens, herbs, root vegetables and seafood continues to inspire. Roasted root vegetables, kale, squash, beets. The joys of fall. Leek, apple, thyme soup, roasted carrots and feta salad, salmon and sweet potato chowder, vegan tagine, blue tilapia. Time to embrace the changes that come with the end of summer. Our local bounty is still immense.

We continue to offer some of our traditional favorites. Fulper mozzarella, spinach, toy box tomato salad, house cured gravlax plate, zucchini rollup with cashew-basil pesto, roasted organic salmon, coconut, red curry vegetables, and our full lunch menu, including our vegan benedict and crab cake sandwiches.
