We're Cristina & Matt Zajac, the husband and wife team behind Blue Chip Creamery ice cream truck. In 2018 we started Blue Chip Creamery with a love of ice cream, desserts, and a fun time and have been spreading joy around Connecticut since then. When we first got the truck, a former traditional ice cream truck, we knew we wanted to totally revamp it and say no to the prepackaged ice cream pops. Wi

We've also been grateful enough to be a part of so many special memories by celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, honoring graduates and retirees, appreciating employees and residents, and delighting wedding guests.
