A lot of effort goes into the bar program at Sherkaan, even the names of our drinks like this one: the Wing Commander Sharma!

Rakesh Sharma was an Indian cosmonaut and a pilot of the Indian Air Force who became the first Indian to travel to outer space. This drink is a blend of pineapple-infused dry gin, passionfruit liqueur, pistachio orgeat, velvet Falernum, lemon, and Falernum bitters.
