Started out of a garage on East street. When Munchies first started we would run service 6 days a week from 7pm to 2am. MANY people rolled up to the dark doors and got lost in the warehouse looking for food. The kitchen was tucked way in the back behind modified 1930s trucks converted into mobile pizza ovens. I swear a few people thought it was a set up to get robbed. I’d find people in the pizza dough room in the dark looking absolutely baffled. Two amazing cats would patrol security. Been a wild ride and many of you I still see today. Thanks SO much for the love and support. Still just as excited to serve yall mugs today as I was on day one.

Got a nice one starting next week.

Marinated chicken in chipotles, garlic, lime, cilantro, oregano and cumin. Seared up beautifully.

Made a sauce with guajillo and ancho peppers, lime, pineapple juice and 5 spice. Chicken gets loved up in the sauce with plenty of pineapple salsa, sharp provolone and our garlic cream. A banger for sure.

Reliable and hard working with a friendly outgoing personality.

A few recent work references, this is how we get to know you.

Ability to organize and multitask- we are busy.

It helps to have restaurant experience using a toast POS system with ride share delivery apps. This is not a requirement but definitely pushes you to the front of line.

The job:

Part time to start

Required shifts are Saturday 10-3:30pm
And Sundays 10-6pm.

Option for full time schedule in mid May

Weekly direct deposit paychecks

Beloved,

It’s a beautiful Saturday and we are taking orders till 10pm. Roll through. Just a reminder we are closed for Easter Sunday and also closing up on Mondays for a bit.

We still have some birthday cake and the mushroom Swiss chopped cheese. Next week we are gonna bring back the Oreo cookie tres’ leches.
