You guys asked for it… so we made it happen.
Introducing El Taco Dorado 3 🌮❤️
It’s still crazy to even say that.
What started with one food truck, a lot of long days, late nights, and a simple goal of serving great food has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined.
Over the years, we’ve been to birthdays, schools, colleges, corporate lunches, weddings, festivals, and so many special moments. Along the way, we kept hearing the same question:
“Do you have another truck available?”
Too many times, we had to say no.
So we listened.
Today, we’re proud to officially welcome Truck #3 to the El Taco Dorado family. 🇲🇽🌮
This truck represents every event, every recommendation, every repeat customer, and every person who has supported us along the way. If you’ve ever booked us, shared our name, or simply stopped by for some tacos, you helped us get here.
From one truck to three. ❤️
