Our grandfather, Frank Pepe, crafted pizzas using simple, time-honored recipes that have fed generations. Victor joined us during the tail end of COVID with more than 20 years of restaurant experience. After working across several Frank Pepe locations and positions, he found his home in Chestnut Hill, where he’s most proud of the strong family culture his team has built.

We call it apizza and it’s pronounced abeetz. We call it mootz, instead of mozzarella...and often you’ll hear us throw a G into the word “ricotta.” Just go with it. Welcome to New Haven!
