A Message to Our Customers and Community
Running a buffet is one of the most challenging types of restaurants. Unlike made-to-order restaurants, we prepare and maintain over 100 items throughout the day. Our kitchen team works continuously from opening to closing to refill, refresh, and monitor every dish.
The reality is that every guest has different expectations.
Some guests tell us the food is too hot. Others tell us it’s too cold.
Some say a dish is too dry. Others prefer it that way.
If we lower the steam table temperature to keep food from drying out, someone may feel it’s not hot enough. If we raise the temperature, another guest may feel the food is too dry.
There is no setting that will satisfy every single person every single day.
What we can promise is this:
We will never stop trying.
We constantly cook fresh food, refill our buffet, listen to feedback, and make adjustments every single day. When something needs improvement, we improve it. That’s our commitment.
What hurts the most isn’t honest criticism.
It’s when hardworking people who spend long hours serving our community are told they should be “ashamed” or that our restaurant is “a disgrace.”
Those words don’t just hurt a business—they hurt the cooks, servers, dishwashers, and every member of our team who shows up every day and gives their best.
We welcome constructive feedback because it helps us grow. We appreciate customers who respectfully tell us when something can be better.
But we also believe respect should go both ways.
To the thousands of guests who continue to support us, encourage us, and choose to dine with us—thank you.
Your kindness, your patience, and your support mean more than you know.
We may never be able to make every single person happy, but we will continue working hard every single day to earn the trust of our community.
That is our promise.
