We’re excited to officially welcome Germain’s on Main to the Those Guys Coffee family ☕️

Germain’s On Main is now serving Those Guys Coffee for both espresso and drip coffee, including their very own custom-created Germaine’s on Main blend, now available to take home in retail bags at the restaurant.

Big thanks to the entire Germain’s on Main team for putting their trust in us as a resource to support and strengthen their existing coffee program. We’re excited for what we’re building together.

The gang goes to the roastery ☕️

We had the crew from Upstate Cafe Crew in the house today for a complimentary Cafe Partner Jumpstart session, focused on coffee, workflow, and getting everything dialed in for their new coffee program.

2026 marks the third year we have worked with Amruthavarshini, a woman-owned farm in India. We trade directly with the farmer, Poornima Jairaj, and buy several lots from her every year.

Poornima’s coffees are truly a cut above the what the specialty industry has come to expect from India. Not only is the quality superb, but her growing practices are something to be admired: the coffee is completely shade grown and dried, intercropped with various species including turmeric and peppercorn, and 100% pesticide free. The entire farm follows agroforestry and regenerative practices.

These two coffees are lighter/medium roasts we roast on our Stronghold S9X. The honey is well balanced, a great daily driver, while the natural brings a pop of Concord grape and is fun with more contemporary brewing methods and recipes

KOATJI GIVEAWAY!

We’re excited to share that Those Guys Coffee Co. is now a regional distributor for KOATJI !

For years, we’ve been looking for a premium plant-based milk we could confidently offer our customers and café partners. We’ve tried oat, almond, sesame, cashew, and various blends. Nothing quite fit the bill for us.

Some steamed beautifully but felt thick or gummy over ice. Others worked well iced but overpowered the coffee when served hot. And plenty came with long ingredient lists and added sweeteners.

Koatji checks the boxes for us.

Six ingredients. No sweeteners. Organic. Great texture hot or iced. And most importantly, it works beautifully with coffee.

So naturally, we want you to try it.

This Friday, August 21st, from 12–4 PM, stop by the roastery and we’ll give you a FREE 32 oz carton of Koatji to take home.
