We've got two fun cookie workshops coming up in October at Studio 33 LLC. I'm very excited to check out this new place in Washington Mills! And we'll be decorating some of my favorite cookies: adorable woodland critters for the kiddos and Halloween for our witchy grownup friends. Contact Studio 33 to register.

Started the season off right with my favorite, CAKE WEEK! 🎂 Which did you like best? I liked Mo's with the ginger cat, though I thought Yannis's use of pointillism was pretty clever. I don't know how I would put my own face on a cake!

Tell me your Week 1 favorite in the comments.

📚🍪JUST DROPPED!🍪📚 All new gift-giving idea from L&C Studio! These "Sweet Escapes" have been a huge hit at the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts.

Each gift set includes a previously loved book, tea or cocoa, candy stick, book mark, and themed COOKIE! This is not a blind date (I guess I'm not that adventurous), just a perfect excuse to curl up and escape into a good story. Pamper yourself or treat a friend!

I don't have too many of these left, but I do take requests. $20 each ($15 for kids' books).

Would you like to gift a new book? Drop it off or ship it to me. I'll wrap it and get it back to you for $12. Shipping also available.

It's National Eat Local Day and I made Sophie's favorite soup using some delicious, fresh kale from West End Farm. Absolutely perfect on this chilly first evening of autumn. What's your favorite fall dinner recipe?

I'll put the recipe in the comments.

It's always a great day when I get a package 📦 from Artesão Unique & Custom Cookie Molds in the mail! I didn't have any paid orders yesterday so I just got to play! 🖌️🎨🍪 I think all you arts & crafters out there get it.😉

I'll have all of these at the Remsen Barn Festival of the Arts next weekend. I have ideas for some adorable new gift combinations!

I've found some unusual items in the washer from the kids' pockets—acorn caps, horse treats, a wad of someone else's hair, a Vienna sausage—but so far, no cake!

Go ahead. Share your favorite pocket finds.

I did my local college deliveries yesterday. I just love seeing these kids smile when they get a package from home! Next free delivery day is October 26th. Not everything here is on my website; just message me.

This is shaping up to be a lovely group for Monday's Build-Your-Own Care Package workshop at Brimfield Farm Winery! There are just a few spots left. I'll be shopping for candy sticks and other fillers this afternoon, so if you'd like any particular colors, register today.

I'll have gnomes, squirrels, hedgehogs, owls, hearts, puppies, chameleons, and stars for you to decorate (choose up to 6). Round out your package with a selection of Chocolate Chip, Fruity Pebble, Kitchen Sink, Cookies & Cookie, and Cookie Butter. Top it all off with treats and your personal message to make someone's day. Take it home or I'll ship it for you on Tuesday.

Hope to see you there!
