It’s our very last day!! Stop in for that last round of fajitas and margaritas!

To our beloved amigos,

Fourteen years ago, we opened our doors in Vernon with nothing more than a passion for making delicious Mexican food and a dream to share it with you. We didn’t know much about running a business, but we did know how to cook! And you welcomed us with open arms, full hearts, and hungry stomachs.

You taught us how to be restaurateurs - one taco, one smile, one “¡Más salsa, por favor!” at a time. We watched first dates turn into engagements, little league players grow into college grads, and families find a weekly tradition around our tables. Your support helped our little restaurant grow beyond what we ever imagined.

Our move to New Hartford felt crazy at the time, but it brought us an incredible new support system and a true sense of home in the community. From Cinco de Mayo celebrations with mariachi bands that shook the windows to snowy evenings when regulars still braved the weather for sizzling fajitas, these moments became memories in our book of life.

Now, it’s time for the next chapter: retirement! It’s bittersweet to say, but our last day of service will be June 21st. Before we hang our aprons up for the very last time, we’d love to see your faces once more. Stop by, grab your favorite dish, and help us give this journey the sendoff it deserves!

We'd like to extend a massive MUCHAS GRACIAS to each and every person who chose to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us yesterday! As you can imagine, Cinco de Mayo is our busiest day of the year and while we try our best to serve all that stop through, we have a limited staff and need to ensure each table receives equal dedication and attention to have the dining experience they deserve.

For those who were unable to dine with us last night, in-house or via take out, we'd greatly appreciate your patronage another time! We can guarantee on a day not as hectic as Cinco de Mayo, you'll be seated much quicker - which means you'll get to enjoy our delicious food quicker as well! 😋
