Hiring: Part-Time Baking & Kitchen Assistant! 🧁✨

Business is booming, and our kitchen needs an extra pair of hands!

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team player to join us part-time and help keep the sweetness rolling.

The Details:

* Role: Part-time Baking & Kitchen Prep Assistant

* Hours: Mondays,Thur, Fri, occasional Saturday (7am-12pm) or (6am-11am)

* Location: New Hartford, NY

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Mixing batters, scaling ingredients, and preparing buttercream/fillings

* Baking off prep items, leveling, and prepping cakes/cupcakes for decorating

* Dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace

* Assisting with packaging and organizing customer orders

What We’re Looking For:

* Prior kitchen/baking experience (formal training or commercial kitchen experience is a plus, but passion and a strong work ethic go a long way!)

* Ability to lift 50 lbs (bags of flour/sugar) and stand for extended shifts

* Sharp attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely

* A positive, reliable, and team-focused attitude
