🫐 Blueberry season has officially arrived at the bakery.

Our June Bar of the Month is here, and it tastes like summer decided to put on a bakery apron.

These Blueberry Linzer Bars start with almond marzipan-infused dough, add in a sweet little layer of blueberry jam, and finished with our vanilla glaze — because apparently “delicious” needed a top coat.

Best paired with a cold glass of milk — cheers to our dairy farmers! 🥛 — or eaten quietly in the car before anyone asks you to share.

June Dairy Month is almost here, and we’re celebrating the farmers who make so much of what we do possible.

The baking industry simply wouldn’t exist without farmers. From dairy and eggs to wheat, fruit, nuts, and so many other ingredients, farmers provide the pieces that allow bakeries to create the “quilt” of goods that bring all farming industries together.

A heartfelt thank you to all farmers for the incredible work, dedication, and care that goes into feeding our communities — in the bakery and far beyond.
