Well its been awhile since I last used this page BUT I wanted to let everyone know that Peter has cooked up a superb Osso Buco for one his many specials for tomorrow night - Friday May 24, 2013!! Have a wonderful and safe Memorial Day Weekend!

Memorial Day Weekend serving the seasonal Maryland Softshell Crabs ! YUM! Also serving Locally grown fresh Asparagus Salad, Braised Lamb Shanks, Boneless Porkloin Medallion & Crabcake, and Fresh Lake Superior Whitefish. Deininger's Restaurant wishes everyone a fun and safe Memorial Day Weekend!

This weekend Deininger's Restaurant is serving Locally grown green aparagus salad with fresh basil & tomato and topped with Smoked Ham from local farm. Other specials include 12oz bone in grilled pork chop from same local farm - Berkshire breed, Braised Lamb Shanks, Fresh whitefish & crab cake combo, Boneless Braised Short Ribs, & European Style Meatloaf.

Deininger's Restaurant is serving Fresh Willapoint Pacific Coast Oysters - Panko fried! All this weekend May 14 . Other specials include Braised Beef Shortribs in a Burgandy Horseradish sauce, Pork Loin Medallion & Crab Cake, and Fresh Sauteed Whitefish.
