Some people own a business. Others become a part of the heart and soul of an entire community.

For 35 years, Dano has done just that. As the proud owner of Dano’s Lakeside Pub, he has created more than a place to grab a drink, enjoy a meal, or listen to great music. He’s created a gathering place, a tradition, and a home away from home for so many people.

Affectionately known as the unofficial mayor of Portage Lakes, Dano is a familiar face, a respected businessman, a friend to so many, and someone who has given so much to this community. His impact goes far beyond the walls of the pub, and the love and respect people have for him say everything about the kind of man he is.

Today, we celebrate YOU, Dano! 🥳 Thank you for 35 years of memories, laughter, friendship, and being such a special part of Portage Lakes. This community is better because of you, and today is all about showing you just how much you are appreciated.
