You could be throwing THOUSANDS of dollars in sales away if you’re doing these 3 things at your booth.

1.. Sitting down
If a customer is within 15 feet of you, stand up. Your body language matters.

2. Being on your phone
You’re there to work. Customers shouldn’t have to interrupt your TikTok scrolling to get your attention.

3. Not greeting customers warmly
Don’t just sit there and wait for them to ask a question. Welcome them in.

So what should you do instead?

🔥 Stand up.
📵 Put the phone away.
👋 Greet people like they’re guests in your home.

You don’t need to aggressively sell. You don’t need to follow people around the booth.

Just be warm, inviting, and present.

Because the difference between “just looking” and “I’ll take it” can be as simple as making someone feel welcome.

Your booth isn’t a waiting room. You’re there to sell.

What’s your IP?

No, I don’t mean your website address. I mean your intellectual property — the thing that makes your business different from everyone else.

If anyone can copy exactly what you do, what keeps customers choosing you?

Find your niche. Find what makes you unique. Then own it.

Crochet? Create your own patterns.
3D printing? Design things nobody else has.
Food? Develop recipes people can’t easily reproduce.
Manufacturing? Find a process, product, or specialty that sets you apart.

The product itself might not be your competitive advantage.

Your ideas are.

The businesses that stand out aren't necessarily the ones doing something nobody has ever done. They're the ones that have something uniquely theirs.

Figure out what that is — and build your business around it.
