Dear Olde 37 friends, family and patrons
On February 12th, we lost the heart and soul of Olde 37 with the passing of owner Carl Huben. There are no words to express the sadness we feel.
To the New Fairfield community, Carl was more than just the man behind the grill. He was a neighbor, a friend, and a champion for local healthy ingredients. He poured his heart into Olde 37, and his passion for bringing people together was felt by everyone who knew him.
Olde 37 will be closed as we honor Carl's memory and support his family and friends.
