I catered a summer bash for the second year in a row for Casey’s creations catering. It was a great party and success. They requested a buffet style menu with a garden salad , antipasti skewers appetizer, sweet Italian sausage with peppers, onions and sauce , spinach and cheese stuffed shells , parsley potatoes , roasted broccoli parmesean, and for dessert , chocolate salted Caramel, and strawberry shortcake cupcakes. Another great catering success. I catered a garden party this past Sunday with the help of my niece and cousin. They wanted a substantial amount of appetizers for the party: A table for the cold appetizers , and she wanted the hot appetizers to be passed. I put the hot appetizers in a variety of individual appetizer cups. The spring dip I put in little planter pots and some plastic “digging “ forks to go with the theme. It was a great success and nice evening.
