The MS/HS experienced a busy day beginning with a delicious breakfast featuring fresh crepes with blueberries or strawberries. The staff then prepared fresh smash burgers with beef from a local farm for lunch. Students had the opportunity to build their own burgers. An a la carte pop-up event selling Oreo Milkshakes was also hosted which proved to be very popular.

The cafeteria hosted an exciting day filled with culinary delights for the students. A build-your-own waffle bar was offered at the middle school/high school level during breakfast. The day continued with a cheesesteak bar at lunchtime and a special pop-up à la carte event featuring a popular TikTok beverage trend. Meanwhile, the elementary school contributed to the festivities with a Green Eggs and Ham celebration in honor of Dr. Seuss Week.

Our staff spent the week celebrating Halloween with special treats for the students. We had dirt pudding, pumpkin pudding parfaits, candy corn Jello, and spooky donuts. We finished the week dressing up with the students and having a “Glow Party” at the elementary.

That’s a wrap for the 23-24 school year!

I would like to take a moment to express how grateful I am to have all these ladies on our staff. To say that they have gone above and beyond is an understatement!

🏫They have two different kitchens at two different schools and these ladies still found a way to work as a team! They didn’t leave anything on the table and accomplished so much this school year.

🏅Yesterday our Elementary School staff was selected for the Moments Matter Award from The Nutrition Group! I have seen these ladies transform the cafeteria for every holiday, dressed up for themed days, and really got to know the students. This award is well deserved for all of you!

From our staff to all the students and their families: We hope you have an amazing summer and can’t wait to see everyone next school year!
